Before placing an order, please carefully review and understand the following policies prior to purchasing from Style My Wall.
All products sold by Style My Wall are custom made to order. Each artwork is professionally printed and framed specifically for the customer once an order is placed.
By placing an order on stylemywall.com.au, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Australian Orders
30-Day Personal Preference Return Policy
We understand that art is deeply personal. If your selected artwork does not meet your expectations for personal preference reasons, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit or exchange only.
This policy applies to artistic elements such as:
- Focus variations
- Intentional blurring
- Film grain
- Texture overlays
- Illustrated or painterly effects
- Other creative enhancements that contribute to the unique character of each piece
These artistic characteristics are intentional creative decisions and are not considered faults or defects.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The item must be suitable for resale
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and tracking costs.
Eligible Products
This policy applies only to:
- Full-priced framed artworks
- Framed canvases
- Unframed prints
- Posters
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale items
- Promotional or discounted products
- Wallpaper
- Wall murals
- Decals
- Custom or personalised artwork
- Trade or commercial orders
- Bundle offers
- Bulk discounted orders
If an approved exchange item is lower in value than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
International Orders (Outside Australia)
For all orders shipped outside Australia, all products are considered final sale due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect frame or artwork selection
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong product
- Delivery delays once dispatched
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product details, sizing information, frame selections, and artwork previews before placing an order.

Made-To-Order Products
All artworks and framing products are custom produced specifically for each order.
Because of this:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
- Change-of-mind cancellations may be declined
- Cancellation requests may incur fees where applicable
This includes:
- Framed artworks
- Canvas prints
- Posters
- Wallpaper
- Wall murals
- Decals
- Personalised or custom products
Delays, personal circumstances, or changes in preference do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund once an order has entered production.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product information and estimated production timelines before placing an order.
Artistic Intent & Creative Characteristics
Many artworks featured on Style My Wall intentionally include:
- Film grain
- Soft focus
- Texture overlays
- Motion blur
- Vintage effects
- Painterly finishes
These are intentional artistic features and are not considered printing faults or defects.
As art is subjective, customers are encouraged to carefully review all product imagery before purchasing.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged during transit
- Faulty
- Incorrect compared to your order

- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Return Conditions
Where a return has been approved:
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and tracking costs unless otherwise agreed
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- Store credit may be issued instead of refunds where applicable

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer Rights

Customers may still be entitled to remedies where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
