Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Style My Wall. The following terms and conditions form our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within approximately 1–2 business weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and dispatch times may be extended. Please also allow additional time for delivery once your order has been dispatched, as courier delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Courier Delays, Delivery Issues & Address Changes

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our delivery partner, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

If you experience a delivery delay, missed delivery, address issue, delivery instruction request, attempted delivery, parcel redirection or another matter relating to the shipment while it is in transit, please contact the relevant courier directly using your tracking number.

The courier is best placed to provide real-time information regarding the location and status of your parcel and to assist with delivery-related requests once the parcel is within their network.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Once an order has been dispatched, Style My Wall cannot guarantee that an address can be changed, redirected or updated.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

What Does 'Priority' Mean for Shipping?

Choosing our Priority option at checkout means your order will be prioritised within our production and dispatch queue for faster processing.

Priority Dispatch relates to the processing and dispatch of your order and does not guarantee a specific courier delivery date once the parcel has left our facility.

International Orders

For customers placing orders outside Australia, please note that international shipments may experience longer delivery times.

While we aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly, deliveries to overseas destinations may require an additional 5–10 business days or longer depending on the destination, courier network, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Style My Wall is not responsible for customs duties or taxes charged on international orders.
