THE FABRIC DIFFERENCE
Fabric, not vinyl
Vinyl stickers are plastic film: shiny, with hard cut edges that give them away. Ours are a woven, PVC-free fabric with a blockout layer, so the colours stay true even on a coloured wall and the finish looks hand-painted.

What makes Style My Wall decals different?
Each design begins as a hand-painted original. Unlike vinyl, our decals are made from premium, non-toxic fabric with a soft matte finish that looks just like paint on the wall - no shine, no harsh edges. A blockout layer keeps the colours vibrant, even on coloured walls, and many designs introduce little ones to Australian wildlife and nature.
Are they safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our decals are PVC-free, printed with water-based inks and use a water-based, non-toxic adhesive that is safe for children and pets.
Can I use them in a rental?
Definitely. They are designed with renters in mind: non-permanent, repositionable while you install, and the low-tack adhesive peels away cleanly, even after long-term use. Follow our removal guide for the best result.
How do I remove them safely?
Warm the decal with a hairdryer on low heat for 30-60 seconds, then peel slowly from one corner, keeping it close to the wall. Reheat any stubborn areas. Avoid installing or removing decals on freshly painted walls - wait at least four weeks - and test a small section first. Read the full removal guide.
How long will they last?
Our decals are made to last for years. When you are ready for a change, they are just as easy to update or remove.
